IV Vitamin Therapy
An IV drip is ideal if you have vitamin deficiencies, gut issues, chronic conditions, exercise intensely or are always on the go.
Vitamins, minerals and amino acids are vital to your physical and mental health. They support your body’s processes, keeping your organs and even your DNA healthy and functioning normally.
We design courses of IV nutrient therapy tailored to you and your body’s needs, from our clinic in London. Whilst we are always happy to provide one-off treatments, our goal is to empower you to take control of your health, giving you long-term solutions to help you live life to the fullest.
“The best advice I could give? Don’t wait until you are sick before seeking help!”
Dr. Harpal Bains
“Many patients come to us because they feel run down and tired all the time, despite eating organic, healthy food, and taking supplements. Frequently, we find this is a result of gut issues that prevent nutrients being absorbed properly. When you factor in the fact that vegetables are grown in nutrient-depleted soil due to modern farming practices, and that up to half of the nutrients consumed in oral supplements and food are never absorbed, it’s no wonder so many of us feel run down all the time. Vitamin drips, infusions and shots bypass the gut, so 90-100% are absorbed and you can get the benefits almost instantly.”

Dr Harpal Bains says: “For patients with underlying issues, our approach is to raise their baseline health by front-loading IV vitamin therapy. This works to reset the body and revive the body’s cells so that they are all working properly and are able to absorb nutrients ingested orally much better. In my experience, it is also better value in the long term as it considerably speeds up the recovery process – for some people it’s the difference between recovering in months, rather than years!”
When you arrive in the clinic, you’ll be seen by our specialist IV clinician. They’ll carry out a consultation in which they’ll listen to your symptoms and any diagnoses you have, and then work with you to develop a treatment plan or suggest a one-off session to see if this helps you. If you are deemed suitable for IV therapy, you can have your first session right away.
Depending on the vitamin treatment programme you choose, you’ll either be given treatment via an intravenous drip, push or shot.
Drips, pushes and shots are different ways of delivering the nutrients to your cells. All of these methods bypass the gut (which is where many of the nutrients are lost when taken orally) and are delivered straight into your bloodstream to be used directly by your cells.
Drip: is diluted (in saline) and takes around 45 minutes which means you can take the time to relax during your treatment. You can add many different nutrients to the drip at the same time to make it ultra-tailored to your needs.
Push: is not diluted as much which means it takes just 20 minutes. This usually contains between 1-3 ingredients in reduced concentrations. This is quicker than a drip and more cost effective.
Shot: is a quick intramuscular injection.
