Consultations

The main difference between our consultation options is the level of clinical depth, time with your doctor and number of tests that are interpreted. Your package fee reflects the extensive clinical process, analysis of multiple data points, and in-depth consideration of your symptoms and health history, not simply the time spent in the consultation room. If you are unsure which option is right for you, our health specialist can help to guide you during a discovery call.

Best for patients with one main concern, a specific treatment or test.

Included:

  • A structured 60-minute initial consultation with your doctor
  • Dedicated doctor time to review and interpret one* new set of laboratory results (*any test type except gut testing and advanced viral testing)
  • Alongside interpreting your test results, your doctor will have extensive time to review your consultation notes which include your symptoms, medical history, goals and any previous investigations. Where needed our doctors also include time to complete any further research required and collaborate with other members of our medical team
  • A detailed report and treatment plan
  • 20-minute doctor consultation to discuss your report & treatment plan with guidance from your doctor
  • Health support calls with our specialist patient care team. These are an important tool to help you implement the health strategy set by your doctor
  • Ongoing doctor Q&A through our dedicated patient care team
  • In-house nutritional therapy referral where applicable

Testing is not included.

Assessments & memberships

We provide LDN wherever you are in the UK, no GP referral or diagnosis letter required.

Step 1 – Initial consultation (£195)

Before we can prescribe LDN, a 30-minute medical consultation is required. This allows your doctor to assess your medical history, discuss your symptoms and goals, and determine if LDN is appropriate and safe for you.

Includes:

  • A structured 30-minute consultation with your doctor
  • An assessment of your suitability for LDN
  • Suggestions for other health areas to explore, if applicable
  • A doctor’s report summarising your personalised treatment plan and any other relevant recommendations
  • In-house nutritional therapy referral where applicable

Please note: This non-refundable fee covers your doctor’s time, expertise and guidance. It applies whether or not you proceed with our LDN monthly membership.

Looking to explore your health more deeply?
We offer our Focussed and Comprehensive packages that allow you to explore wider health concerns beyond LDN. Your doctor can advise if this might be appropriate for you. Your initial consultation fee can be credited towards this.

Best for men who want to understand more about their hormones and identify any imbalances and where there is scope for optimisation.

Consultations can be online, via phone, or in-clinic and blood testing can take place at our London based clinic or in your local area. You can complete your blood testing at our clinic in St Pauls, or local to you via postal phlebotomy.

Step 1 – Comprehensive hormone blood testing (£195)

Your first step is to complete a comprehensive hormone blood test designed to build a complete clinical picture from the outset, using clinically robust markers rather than simplified screening. Your test results are important for prescribing safety and long-term outcomes.

Already have recent test results?
We can accept blood results from other providers from within the last 3 months. Call us to discuss which markers are required for safe prescribing.

Step 2 – Doctor consultation + plan (£275)

Your consultation is scheduled around one week after your blood draw, allowing time for your results to be processed and returned. Your doctor interprets results in full clinical context, considering your blood test markers alongside your symptoms, health history, goals and long-term health.

Includes:

  • A structured 40-minute consultation with your doctor
  • A detailed report and treatment plan
  • Alongside interpreting your test results, your doctor will have extensive time to review your consultation notes which include your symptoms, medical history, goals and any previous investigations
  • TRT self-administration consultation (online or in clinic)
  • Health support calls with our specialist patient care team. These are an important tool to help you implement the health strategy set by your doctor
  • Ongoing doctor Q&A through our dedicated patient care team

The cardiovascular age assessment will provide insight into arterial stiffness, which will indicate the functional age of your arteries.

This is closely linked to cardiovascular risk and can help guide choices around improving your cardiovascular health and reducing risk of chronic health conditions.

  • The assessment itself – will measure arterial age, single blood pressure, dual blood pressure, and Ankle Brachial Index (ABI)
  • Doctor report – Your doctor will interpret your results and formulate a plan

  • Support from our patient care team should you require an external referral or wish to organise further consultation and testing with us

If you would like a more in-depth assessment of your cardiovascular health you may prefer our cardiovascular health screen.

Best for individuals who want peace of mind about their cardiovascular health. This assessment is designed to identify key risk factors such as arterial stiffness, inflammation, metabolic dysfunction, and high blood pressure.

Your doctor will build a personalised plan around your results to protect and support your long-term cardiovascular health, with a view to reducing serious cardiovascular conditions.

Includes:

  • Health and medical history questionnaire designed by our expert medical team
  • Specialised cardiovascular blood test – This assesses baseline and longevity-associated biomarkers. Includes a lipid panel (e.g., LDL, HDL) as well as a deeper dive, looking at a carefully curated combination of longevity-associated markers including, APOB, Lp(a), fasting insulin, homocysteine, blood sugar, a clotting screen and more
  • Advanced blood pressure assessment
  • Ankle Brachial Index (ABI)
  • Arterial flexibility – This gold standard non-invasive arterial age test which looks at blood vessel stiffness using Pulse Wave Velocity (PWV) measurements

Important note

Your health and safety are our top priorities. Please be aware that a prescription is not guaranteed and will only be issued if it is deemed clinically appropriate following your consultation and assessment.

Please note that if you’ve chosen the Focussed package you can move to the Comprehensive package should you or your doctor decide this is more suitable after your initial consultation.

FAQs

Consultations can be online, via phone, or in-clinic.

Blood testing can take place at our clinic in St Pauls, or local to you via postal phlebotomy.

We know many patients come to us with previous test results, letters, or treatment plans from elsewhere. Recent or key test results can be helpful and are considered as part of your treatment plan.

Your doctor will begin by taking a structured clinical history and forming an independent view of your health. This helps us understand your symptoms, timeline, goals, and priorities before deciding which tests and next steps are most appropriate.

Treatment recommendations are not included in the cost of your package.

Unless clearly stated, testing is also not included.

We will always discuss recommended next steps clearly before they are arranged.
