Hartmann’s solution: This mineral-heavy IV drip base is ideal for replenishing important minerals lost through sweat. Hartmann’s contains a blend of sodium lactate, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, and calcium chloride dihydrate. It can be more beneficial than saline when it comes to improving hydration as it contains these additional ingredients.
B complex (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12): B vitamins are a cofactor for enzymes involved in electrolyte function. As such, these vitamins are great for helping combat fatigue caused by dehydration at a cellular level. Without B vitamins, you will feel tired. They are also important for maintaining good skin, and the function of the nervous system.
Our hydration IV drip is designed to give your body everything it needs to recover from dehydration.
