This is an opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading private functional medicine clinics, working alongside experienced doctors and practitioners who specialise in hormone optimisation, preventative medicine, and personalised healthcare.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in nutritional therapy, health coaching, functional medicine, hormone health, longevity medicine, or private healthcare who wants to further their knowledge while making a genuine difference to patients’ lives.

This is not a traditional reception or administration role. You will become deeply involved in the patient journey, working closely with clinicians and developing an understanding of functional medicine in everyday practice.

      • Longevity medicine
      • Hormone health
      • Nutritional therapy
      • Health coaching
      • Private GP or specialist clinics

      • Communicate confidently and professionally with patients.
      • Are naturally organised and enjoy managing multiple priorities.
      • Take ownership of your work and pay close attention to detail.

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll help manage the patient journey from initial enquiry through to ongoing care.

      Your responsibilities will include:

      • Coordinating busy clinician diaries and appointments.
      • Supporting patients throughout their treatment journey.
      • Liaising closely with doctors and the wider clinical team.
      • Processing payments and managing administrative tasks accurately.

      You’ll gain practical experience in:

      • Functional medicine
      • Hormone optimisation
      • Longevity medicine

      • Private healthcare operations

You’ll work alongside experienced clinicians and gain insight that is difficult to obtain in most healthcare roles.

Whether you’re a nutritional therapist, health coach, or have experience within a private clinic, this role provides an excellent opportunity to continue developing your knowledge while building a long term career.
