Longevity Medicine
You’re committing to your health and your future – it’s only natural you’d want to understand what that might look like.
Once you’ve completed your foundation consultation and received your report with recommended tests and next steps, you’ll move on to either our focused or comprehensive pathway.
Below, you’ll find examples of what each pathway can involve. These patient journeys illustrate potential assessments and progress over the first year. Your own recommendations and experience will be adapted to your individual health goals and needs.
Please note: The cost of your foundation consultation will be deducted from your chosen pathway, as the initial consultation would have been completed.
“As a 43-year old mum of two boys who works full time, I’m time-poor and seriously lacking on the sleep-front. I’ve been starting to notice changes to my health and I’d like to nip any issues in the bud right away – I don’t want them to impact me longer-term. My libido hasn’t been great and I’ve been finding brain fog is affecting me on a daily basis. I’m keen to look at my hormones as I have seen changes in my cycle and my PMS symptoms seem to be impacting me a lot more than usual. I also noticed I’ve been gaining weight no matter how much I try to eat well and exercise – I just can’t shift it and it’s really affecting my confidence in a big way.”
– Anesha
Doctor assessment completed. Anesha wanted to focus on one concern at a time and so it was agreed that the focussed pathway was most suitable. This option also suited her lifestyle better and enabled her to make changes at her own pace.
Longevity health coaching included in pathway and first call scheduled.
We will retest the advanced longevity blood test at a later stage as not all markers need repeating at this stage.

“I recently sold my company after an intense 10 year period and I’m taking some time out before getting stuck into my next project. Part of my plan is to spend this time taking a deep-dive into my health. I’m not getting any younger and I want to ensure that I’m taking steps to age well so I can remain active and do the things I enjoy for as long as possible. At my last checkup my GP told me I had elevated blood pressure and borderline high blood sugar, so I’m keen to get a handle on those early on. I’ve also noticed fat gain around my abdomen and I have been seeing less progress in my gym sessions, despite regular training. I have Alzheimer’s in my family, so I am looking to assess my risk. My libido has also slowly been getting worse and I have been feeling anxiety for the first time. I don’t want it to affect my relationship so I’d like to address that too.”
– Carl

Carl received his report from his doctor and completed his consultation to discuss his report and treatment plan.
