Suggested blood testing for this consultation will cover:

• Detailed hormone panel (oestrogen, progesterone, testosterone – total and measured free, DHEA, growth hormone, detailed thyroid, etc.); haematology, biochemistry, kidney, liver, cholesterol, iron parameters, inflammation markers, and other parameters, additional cost £325
• Additional testing can be undertaken for other systems (i.e. DUTCH test, gut test, intolerance testing, SIBO, toxicology, chronic infection, cardiac profile, DNA/genetics, epigenetics etc.). Additional testing can be arranged under the guidance of your doctor and discussed during your consultation.

Consultations can be online, via phone, or in-clinic and blood testing can take place at our London based clinic or in your local area.

Step 1: Comprehensive hormone blood testing | £195

Your first step is to complete a comprehensive hormone blood test designed to build a complete clinical picture from the outset, using clinically robust markers rather than simplified screening. Your test results are important for prescribing safety and long-term outcomes.

You can complete your blood testing at our London-based clinic in St Pauls, or local to you via postal phlebotomy. Your blood test will be completed first, followed by your consultation which will be scheduled 2 weeks after your blood draw. These are both part of the same pathway and must be booked together. Payment is taken in advance.

Step 2: 40-minute doctor consultation + plan | £275

Your consultation is scheduled two weeks after your blood draw, allowing time for your results to be processed and returned. Your doctor interprets results in full clinical context, considering your blood test markers alongside your symptoms, health history, goals and long-term health.

Step 2 includes:

• 40-minute doctor consultation
• Detailed doctor’s report
• Personalised plan
• TRT self-administration consultation (online or in clinic)
• Health coaching
• Ongoing doctor Q&A supported by our dedicated patient care team

We can accept blood results from other providers from within the last 3 months. Call us to discuss which markers are required for safe prescribing.

The follow-up schedule from the initial consultation is as follows:

The longevity medicine foundation consultation is step 1 in your longevity partnership with us.

Step 1

You can expect:

• 40-minute consultation with your longevity doctor
• Doctor’s report which will recommend the most suitable longevity pathway and test types based on your clinical assessment

This consultation covers discussion on the following where relevant:

• Medical history
• Family history
• Your longevity and healthy ageing goals
• Answers to longevity medicine or preventative healthcare questions you may have
• What you’d like to accomplish at different points in your longevity journey
• How much time and energy you are able to invest in achieving your longevity goals (this really makes a difference!)
• A realistic discussion about what is achievable within your budget
• An idea of the type of journey you can expect and how to optimise it

Additional benefits include:

• Post-consultation patient care team support via email and phone call

There is no obligation to continue your longevity journey with us. If you prefer, your report can be used to continue your journey independently once you’ve gained more insight and know which tests would be most useful for you.

Step 2

Your continued partnership with us

Once you’ve completed your longevity medicine foundation consultation we’ll move on to step 2, advancing with the recommended longevity pathway and testing suggested by your longevity doctor.

Your pathway type will be either:

• Focussed consultation
• Comprehensive consultation

The cost of your longevity medicine foundation consultation will be deducted from your chosen pathway type.

Our doctor-approved longevity nutrition for preventative healthcare service is designed for individuals that wish to take a proactive, rather than reactive, approach to their health. We can identify your specific vulnerabilities – whether cardiovascular disease, Alzheimer’s risk, inflammation, or metabolic dysfunction – and guide you on dietary choices that actively support your long-term health.

Our nutritionist works online and in person at our clinic in St Paul’s, London.

You can expect:

• Clinical analysis of a 3-day food diary
• 30-minute consultation to evaluate your health (including lifestyle, diet, medical history, and health goals)
• Test suggestions most appropriate for your specific case, with allocated test interpretation time from your longevity nutritionist
• Written report with actionable steps to help you achieve your health goals. It includes personalised nutrition advice, supplement recommendations, key lifestyle changes to promote healthy ageing, IV drip recommendations tailored to you, and any referrals needed
• 30-minute consultation to discuss your nutrition health strategy
• Two-week email support post-health strategy consultation

Testing

Please note, all testing is an additional cost.

Our cardiovascular health screen is designed to support your heart and circulatory system at any stage of life.

We utilise your test data to identify key risk factors such as hypertension, arterial stiffness, inflammation, and metabolic dysfunction to guide you in making data-informed lifestyle and health decisions that actively support and protect your long-term cardiovascular health.

• Health and medical history questionnaire – Designed by our expert medical team
• Cardiovascular blood test – This assesses baseline and longevity-associated biomarkers. Includes a lipid panel (e.g., LDL, HDL) as well as a deeper dive, looking at a carefully curated combination of longevity-associated markers including, APOA, APOB, Lp(a), fasting insulin, a clotting screen and more
• Advanced blood pressure assessment – Includes dual blood pressure and Ankle Brachial Index (ABI)
• Arterial age test – This gold standard non-invasive test looks at blood vessel stiffness (arterial stiffness/flexibility)
• Doctor report – This combines your questionnaire and all test results to formulate a treatment plan for you
• 30-minute doctor consultation – To discuss your test results and report
• Health coach call – A valuable session completed by our longevity health coach to discuss any questions about your recommendations and to see if you are in need of additional support

Testing

• Please note, this blood test has special requirements and needs to be completed at the TDL (The Doctor’s Laboratory) walk-in clinic nearby (W1G 9RT). Our team will provide you with the relevant request form.
• If you would like to investigate physical testing we can also add a VO2MAX test where relevant.

This includes:

• In-clinic blood draw
• IGF1 laboratory testing
• Online symptom analysis + assessment questionnaire
• Personalised doctor’s report (which includes suitability for HGH, and suggestions for next steps based on blood tests, symptoms, and questionnaire)

Step 1 – Initial medical consultation (£195)

Before we can prescribe LDN, a one-off, standalone 30-minute medical consultation is required. This allows our doctor to assess your full medical history, discuss your symptoms and goals, and determine if LDN is an appropriate and safe option for you.

This includes:

• A tailored assessment of your suitability for LDN
• A doctor’s letter summarising your personalised treatment plan and any relevant medical recommendations
• Suggestions for other health areas to explore, if applicable

Please note: This non-refundable fee covers your doctor’s time, expertise and guidance. It applies whether or not you proceed with our LDN monthly membership.

Step 2 – Optional LDN membership (£72.50/month)

If you’re a good candidate for treatment, we will invite you to join our monthly LDN membership programme.

This includes:

• Your prescription and medication, delivered every 3 months directly to your door
• Ongoing clinical follow-ups (15 minutes at 3 months, then every 6 months)
• Health coaching
• Access to phone and email support for LDN-related issues
• Member-only pricing on select clinic services
