Webinar: Navigating menopause when you have a chronic condition

with Dr Harpal Bains

pink pill

Date: Thursday, 23rd April, 6:30pm

Cost: Free

Please note: This is a live event and is recorded

Menopause can present differently for women already managing a chronic health condition. Symptoms may overlap, intensify, or be more complex to interpret, making treatment decisions less straightforward.

In this webinar, we will explore how menopause interacts with a range of chronic conditions, and how a more individualised approach can guide treatment decisions. We will cover how symptoms are assessed, how to distinguish between overlapping causes, and how menopause can be managed effectively alongside existing health conditions.

What we will cover:

  • Autoimmune conditions
  • Fatigue-related conditions (Including CFS/ME, long COVID)
  • Complex multisystem conditions (Such as MCAS, EDS and POTS)
  • Thyroid conditions (under/over active or autoimmune thyroid disorders)
  • Pre-existing hormone imbalances
  • Surgical menopause
  • ❓ The session will finish with a Q&A, giving you the opportunity to ask Dr Bains any questions you may have.
